· Jacob Havlovick is the President, CEO and Real Estate Syndicator of J2Z Group. He buys, sells, and operates real estate investments. 

· Responsible for all operational and sales & marketing oversight for commercial real estate properties. Under the experience of his mentor, he specializes in acquisitions, due diligence and property management transitions 

· After graduating from Montana Tech, the University of Montana with a BS in Occupational Safety Health with a concentration in Applied Health and a MS in Industrial Hygiene, Jacob saw the opportunity to apply safety, and industrial hygiene to real estate properties. The benefit of applying safety and industrial hygiene practices is to remove or reduce the potential of hazards on real estate properties and improving the living conditions for tenants, while returning a profit for investors.
